Hatim-Online, technical issues and false assumptions

• The reading process is interrupted and the reading can not be finished when I am following a hizb? What causes this?
• For example I wish to read the 60th hizb in the 10th hatim but it is not marked as read anyway? Why?
• I opened a hizb randomly. However, I can not read and miss the whole part while I am listening. Can I cancel the reading?
• I read the 50th hizb in the 1st hatim. However it is marked in the 2nd hatim instead of the 1st hatim. Is that a false?
• What is the difference between the personal hatim and the collective hatims? Do I have to join the Hatim Prayer in the collective hatims?
• Why some hizbs are being read smoothly and some as slowly?
• I click the "read" button in any hizb then there comes nothing. No action, no sound. What's wrong?

Reasons why Hatim-Online works this way
