The reading process is interrupted and the reading can not be finished when I am following a hizb? What causes this?Answer: Our guess, it may be related with your computer or your Internet connection. The connection speed is also very important. We recommend you to have at least a bandwidth of 512 Mbit for the Internet connection. Moreover, there may be a problem or program which causes a disconnection in your Internet connection. You have to be online during the Quran reading with the Hatim-Online Community so that our system can control the hizbs whether they are being read or not. Our system tracks each member and every ayets continuously. Therefore in any case of the disconnection, it is understood that the hizb you are reading will marked as unread.
